I was having dinner there with my friends on 30/5/2024 around 8pm.

I ordered a new Tomyam Chicken set. and I requested for chicken part but the cashier said 'cannot request'. But my friend who ordered before me said he can request a part?

And my friend choose Ice Lemon Tea for drink, He also reminded the cashier twice when at the counter but still he got Coke and that was wrong. ok can still be patient.

AND I HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR MY ORDER? THEN WHY CALL IT FAST FOOD?

Complaint to the staff, they also do not have my order record and looks like my order already completed without deliver the meal. Easy money.
