Dine In 16/9/24. After 30mins still not ready my meals. Go to counter and asking, caught surprise that they doing nothing on my order. The on screen display show completed. Complaint to the staff, they also do not have my order record and looks like my order already completed without deliver the meal. Easy money. The staff unprofessional and without saying sorry at all. Marry brown HQ should look into this issue. Customer pay but not receive the meals. They vanish the customer order. Luckily I have the receipt

I was having dinner there with my friends on 30/5/2024 around 8pm.

I ordered a new Tomyam Chicken set. and I requested for chicken part but the cashier said 'cannot request'. But my friend who ordered before me said he can request a part?

And my friend choose Ice Lemon Tea for drink, He also reminded the cashier twice when at the counter but still he got Coke and that was wrong. ok can still be patient.

AND I HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR MY ORDER? THEN WHY CALL IT FAST FOOD?

my friend complained at the counter about the wrong order and part request problem. and there was a MB staff member who was ‘a girl wearing a hijab and not wearing a sarung lengan' MENGANJING at us while we were having dinner.
