If you have not tried Sam Kong.. Then you do not know what JB style Laksa is. 1 cut above the rest. Looks biasa... But delicious! Gravy and Fishballs are unusually tasty 👍👍👍.. Most of the other JB laksa fishballs I have tried are tasteless... However I still prefer Janggut Laksa in Queensway Shopping Center Singapore for their savory gravy with lots of dried shrimp bits. But it's just matter of style / preference. Still worth the drive from Singapore. Ample parking in safe Kampung environment. Clean... No flies... Homely service.

Not air conditioned. Lady boss is friendly and nice. Asam fish meat is a must try. You won't regret ordering it. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended. Opens until 8pm daily except for Mondays.
