THE WORST Mcd i have ever visited...My experience starts when i First arrived and go the toilet before ordering anything and found out that the toilet smell putrid and dirty as hell....Still....i try to think positive in my mind that maybe they are busy.. then i start ordering my food and pay by card, i then sit and notice that the staff behind the counter are shouting vulga r words to each other without a care to any of the guest....then suddently they are singing the titanic song loudly(maybe signalling that they service standard has sunkš¤) while dancing with each otherš¤¦š»š¤¦š»...Still i waited and telling myself that i just wanted to get my food...30 mins later.. I still have not received my order....12 people that order before me all has gotten their food.... i then go up to the counter to inquire, and both the lady at the counter was confused that i did not get my order and started to argue with the kitchen staffš¤¦š»š¤¦š»š¤¦š».... i then sit back to watch how they are gonna handled this....it took them 7 mins to complete my order while still giving 2 more guest foods that has ordered way before me.... and lastly when i did get my food, the staff that supposedly claimed that she has made my order was nowhere to be seen and there was an older lady that give me my food, the only thing the staff said was a cordial" maaf ya cik kita boleh terlepas pandang pulak order cik ni"... and that was it....the lack of accountability and sikap ambil mudah was shown here... are the guest time not valuable?... are the guest liability to you? Is it not treating the guest to a fast and good meal are your sole purpose there.....Wanted to be Furious but then it only be a waste of my time and I know for a fact that my complaint are not gonna change their work culture and attitude there...Truly Malaysia asal...
Ā Ā Ā Read morevery lousy experience with them. I drove thru for breakfast set with muffin and tea, the order window told me there was no coffee and tea, and ask if I can accept Milo Ice. And didn't tell me that there will be extra charges for Milo. Only when I check my receipt, then I realized that I had paid more for what I actually do not want and do not need. I complaint to the pick up window, and the manager came as well. I insisted to take back the extra charges I had paid, and I did get it back. But even after I left, there is no apology, no sorry at all, and when I questioned them did they charge all customer like that? they just shut the window rudely! McDonald's was being unfair to customer, and I do not want to visit this kind of bad...
