Very good environment for meeting up friends and family or get a shot or two of the cold draft beers. Foods, frankly speaking are so so.. Improvement is needed and compulsory... The pork knuckle is really dried hard like eating tree skin.. (check out Flames JP Perdana, it's tender and...) Whole spring chicken.. Adui, the scent of the chicken beh tahan..my kids asking what's the smell like yukkk... I think the method of handling the chicken before cooking was something wrong with it, not the recipe... (you guys using frozen chicken, so there is a way to get rid of the scent before marinating/cooking...). Frankly speaking, if its on the house, I will say keep it for yourself... I’m a regular customer here. The service has deteriorated for the past few months. The staffs here are very rude. Don’t even know how to treat customers. As for food, this is one the places that i have been coming since i moved to JB. Recently they are messing up the food while preparing, giving food which is cold and giving wrong orders. When asked, they are behaving very rudely! If you are into the F&B please make sure you maintain the quality by following the SOP. Do not make us pay for what’s didn’t ask form. I really had a bad experience here I ask for cheese sauce but the staff gave me mayonnaise, when we ask he say cheese sauce will be extra charge, I told him I'm OK with charging but don't take own decision to change what ever we ask for... This is my 1st time visit, the staff playing with phone... We waited to be serve no one outside... It's a good bierhaus but if the staff never been train professionally, they gonna loss many...
