McDonald's Senai Airport DT — Restaurant in Johor

The guy seem like a manager who wearing a earphone attitude very bad when talking to customer. Working hour around 5-6pm.

Self service machine do not have paper(no receipts) no one change the paper in the machine. Then a lot of people rush to counter to get the receipts. If machine spoil should put a remark "DO NOT USE" " NO RECEIPT".

The environment is dirty. No good hygiene. Customer talking and coughing at pick up counter. And the staff put my food in front of customer for a long time before deliver to my desk. I am eating dirty food

There is a layer of oil above ice lemon tea

Totally not acceptable the hygiene level.

When first arrive at MCD. only one person at the counter. Do not know where everyone else go. Staff do job very slow and unable to handle customer rush.

I think it must be no people normally so staff unable to handle a sudden customer rush. Working not systematically. Many people wait at the counter ask for receipt no one handle properly. And the guy with earphone talk to customer loudly when customer make enquiry. And my turn is early but other people get the food first.

Everything make me feel inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Bad environment, bad service, bad food.

Staff also show you "DARK FACE" when you make enquiry. Some relax and chincai. Never care about so many customer waiting there.

I went to drive thru for some ice creams and apple pies. They told me ice cream machine is under maintainence so it was okay, I just ordered 2 pieces of apple pies. After I paid up and rolled up to the pick up window, this young malay man took my receipt and told me to park in front at the waiting area even though it was JUST two apple pies and he did not check first were the pies ready yet or not.

In a rush, he told me he will send the pies to my car later. I parked and waited and waited till almost 20 minutes went by. Cars that just came in already left with their orders. I got out of my car and walked to their drivethru window and asked for my pies. Apparently they FORGOT and left the pies on a counter. I asked them a few questions regarding my order, who’s in charge and if they knew I was waiting for my order and all of them just kept quiet. The pies in my hands, they were cold. If they were cooking it, it should be HOT. I was given no explaination or apology.

It was just a small order. Why bother to ask me park in front to wait? Why not check for the availibility of the item first? And lastly, why were the workers’ faces looked as though I was the one who...

Very rude staff from staff who take's order to staff who deliver the order... when i told the staff who deliver the food that i dont want ice cube in my drink he replied "ye saya tahu" with high tone n rude.. the staff who takes the order hv sone issue with her understanding and never even listen to me when i repeate my order.. she just off the microphone.. when i repeate 3rd time she just reply "bayar kaunter depan".. when making payment i repeate again my orders and she just take the money from me n give the change.. at last the order she toom was wrong... very very RUDE STAFF... not capable to be in this working line.. their behaivior shows asif we are getting free food from them.. morning...
