I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, because I have already experienced several unpleasant delivery service incidents with you.

First time: The rider refused to deliver, and there was no immediate replacement solution. In the end, my order was never delivered to me.

Second time: It was raining that day, and the same issue happened again. As a result, I only received my meal 3 hours later.

Third time: On August 23rd, which is today, I once again encountered the same problem. What’s more, although the meal was not delivered to me, the McDonald’s app showed “Order Delivered.” This forced me to waste a lot of time and energy dealing with this issue with you. No matter what, I placed my order at around 4:15 p.m., and up until now, I still have not received my food. I believe it is necessary for you to review and establish an effective delivery system to prevent such problems from happening again.

Issue: I have placed orders with you quite a number of times, and I noticed that you don’t seem to pay attention or follow the specific delivery instructions provided by customers.

Finally, please ensure that my meal is delivered to me by 7:00 p.m. today...

This mcd is so worst!!!!!! from service to food !!! Pls management take a look of your staff , they give a cold fries , plus i don’t even get my meals correctly!! Why can’t you spend a bit more time to just double check my freaking order! This is so bad , i buy a happy meals for my kids but your staff did not put a toys inside! So i jus got a cold fries and a dry patty , you don’t even serve a correct food quality, even it just a mcd!! I came on monday , 12/9/2022 , 20:05pm , go and double check with all your staff , and they just put all my order in one paper bag whuch is i need to put myself my happy meals in the box ??? You just fold it and put it outside ? So i need to pack it by myself?? Are u kidding me mcdonals ?? I don’t deserve this kind of service, ask your drive thru member , to be more responsible when prepare customer order , if you feel so tired or don’t even have mood to work on tht day , pls be professional, i look forward to hearing from your side , do get back to me !...

After work, I was seriously starving. I opted for a quick meal and noticed that the place was packed with staff, but they were all chatting.

I queued up to use the self-ordering machine, and when it was finally my turn, the machine only displayed breakfast options. It was nearly 7 PM—how could such a mix-up happen? 😮‍💨

I informed a staff member, and they eventually helped me place my order.

However, I waited a long time, and customers who arrived after me received their meals before I did. Frustrated, I went to the counter to ask about my order. In the end, the staff requested my receipt, and I finally got my food.

It’s actually quite disheartening. I genuinely thought McDonald’s was such a powerful brand. Of course, it still is, but perhaps not in...
