Nana’s Pani Puri — Restaurant in Johor

Finally I tried Nana's Chicky Net at Penang today on 31/10/25. To be frank I felt as if I was being scammed black and white. I feel very disappointed with the taste. It was hot when I tried it so I didn't feel any taste expect for the Crunchiness..I can only taste the chili sauce, nothing like the promo or whatsoever, so I thought it was supposed to be eaten when it's less hot. ...I tried again to only be disappointed.NOT TO MENTION I paid RM20.00 for 5 pieces of THE CHICKY NET. AND THE BEST PART WAS WE CUSTOMERS HAD TO PAY FOR THE TAKE AWAY WHICH IS RM2.00. DO U EXPECT UR CUSTOMERS TO BRING TAKE AWAY BOX FOR TAKE AWAY OR SOMETHING???? AFTER ALL, THE BOX ENDS UP IN THE RUBBISH BIN. Everytime when I saw other customers Bad comments about the taste I felt they could be wrong bcz of Nana's hype ! BUT today when I tried I feel that those who comment about the taste was right. it was really really tasteless and extremely unsatisfying. And for Those who are giving Good reviews I think you guys don't even know what real good food taste like. AND coming to the utensils part!!!! my taman Malay Aunty who Is selling nasi lemak Has MUCH BETTER QUALITY SPOON THAN YOURS and u know what?? her take away box n spoon is FREE. Last but not least I am just a normal humble house wife who is disappointed. I grew up eating tasty food . I REGRET buying ur chicky Net. I don't mind paying for expensive food at all as long as the food is good. But this is NOT WORTH my travel all the way to island just to try the your Chick net. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, PURELY SCAM. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I visited this place for the first time hoping for some good snacks which is pani puri, but what I got soggy pani puri instead of crunchy and the original pani puri doesn’t taste like an authentic . About the service, we was complained about the soggy pani puri over the counter. Instead of suggest solution he asked us to threw the soggy panipuri at trash bin. We would like to suggest that not everyone soggy pani puri. Before pour the water in pani puri maybe can ask customer either want to pour it in puri or prefer separately. We express our honest review here. Most of people all the way come from far to taste the food. Should serve with full of heart and tasty food. People won’t complain about price if give best...

I would like to kindly request a reduction in the amount of chili sauce and mayonnaise, as the sauce flavor currently overpowers the other tastes. Additionally, I find the price to be a bit high, especially considering that similar items are available at lower prices in nearby stores. After waiting in a long queue and traveling a considerable distance, we were hoping for a more exceptional experience that would justify the time and effort. Regrettably, I can only offer a rating of 2/5, but I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to enhance the quality...
