Very pleasant experience with the staff there, i am currently residing in Singapore and i wanted to place an order for their Blueberry Cheesecake. But the website only allows booking at least 4 days in advance, hence i called their outlet. Kulai outlet was closer to my house but they were extremely rude over the phone. But the staff here by the name of Nur Afiqah was such a gem of a person, so customer oriented and the willingness to help was amazing. She went out of her way to use her personal number to WhatsApp me the availability of the cake and helped me with the money transactions. Very down to earth and helpful. Poor service. Up front ordering request no sauce on top , when food serve still with sauce on top. Waitress take back to kitchen & wait another 10 mins. Order black pepper chicken with rice , end up serve with black pepper chicken with fries. Check with waitress why no rice serve , the answer is no more rice. If this the case , why never upfront ?
