BAD SERVICE!!

We ordered Oreo ice cream thick toast. What they served is just a thick toast with a vanilla ice cream without Oreo chips/Oreo biscuit. It is literally a thick toast with ice cream I would say!

We thought it was served wrongly so we rejected the item and said we don’t order this. After few round checking, the staff served the same item again (obviously the ice cream has melted) insisted this is Oreo ice cream thick toast that we ordered.

We then referred to the menu and said the item that we ordered is Oreo ice cream toast with Oreo biscuit and Oreo chips. The lady said you shouldn’t refer to the photo. She said in the menu itself it mentioned photo is for illustration purpose.

I understand that the food maybe a bit off from the photo but how can they serve a vanilla ice cream on a toast and say this is Oreo ice cream toast? WHERE IS THE OREO? There is no Oreo element at all! It is like ordering a prawn Mee without prawn and ordering a chicken rice without chicken!!! How ridiculous is this!

Okay back to the point, she said for this item, they don’t provide Oreo cookie. We then said okay if there is no Oreo biscuit, where is the Oreo chips? She said okay if you want Oreo chips we can put the Oreo chips right now. DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING? We are ordering an Oreo ice cream toast and you only provide Oreo chips when customer requested for it?

I hope the management can look into this and make sure what they serve is...

Picture and actual food doesn't match and clearly their staffs (4th May 2022) are both Untrained Inexperienced

They did not know what comes with the set when asked, and wasn't sure the situation that is going on. Even spilt coffee that is already spilt on the serving tray and did not even say sorry... One of the burger set actually does come with French fries but one of the waiters told that that set only has the burger and a coke (Cost RM15.90) but for some reason the fries actually came at the end.

Portion of the food was disappointing. Don't recommend the burgers as its portion is smaller than those Ramli burgers on the side roads when the picture shows portion of a main course sized burger... and even tho it is a set, the French fries of that set only came when a family of 5 has finished their meal.

Other chops that we had was not to our liking as well because they are quite dry for the chicken chop with cheese (Cheese wasn't really melted to be juicy) and Black Pepper Chicken Chop had a lot of residues from the wok (They are not black pepper)

Beverages are similar standard with mamaks but with kopitiam prices, very bland smore a lot of ice.

Hopefully this review will be seen by them and hope they will revise abit cuz their location is honestly great and with this serving, it will be quite a...

This place has a nice ambience, i look forward to dine here. Firstly i choose in door seating.. once seated, there is a male stuff coughing while NOT wearing mask. Come on... we have covid lingering round the corner. I immediately changed to outdoor seating... next : Each table has a bell to call for waiting service. I called and the table number reelected on the wall of the counter. There are 2 staff there. Choose to ignore. Press again.. finally the lady inside come out.. suppose to my direction then u turn to another table who called out. Never mind, I walk in pass order is MUCH faster. Next Food wise... average...
