This restaurant is located at a corner lot shop. The shop is supposed to be famous for their mee hoon kueh especially the tonyam mee hoon keuh. The texture of the mee hoon kueh is smooth but not consistent in thickness. The plain soup is flavorful but the tonyam is not too sour (is just normal in taste). The shop also sell instant tonyam meehoon which seems to be quite popular. The day I wen,t customers were told they have to wait for 45 minits (and the food was served exactly 45 minits later). I agreed to wait because is the first time trying. I noticed the staff catered to the take away first(although the take away customers come later) and not follow queue. Overall a satisfying pipping hot meal. A 10 to 15 minits wait is ok for me but will not wait 45...
Read moreAbove average food. Its a good bowl of meehun kueh but I 've had a mire addictive one. However to be fair, the flavours is good and not too overpowering making it easier to be enjoyed as a noodle dish. You literally can finish gulping the soup. Meehin kueh fad good texture the old school teared up type. However a slight lack of skilled cause some pieces to be a little undercooked. The restauranted though having high ceilings still didnt help much in calming down tbe searing heat from the afternoon sun what more having to gulp down a bowl of claypot spicy tom yum. Service takes a while so be patient. I didnt enjoy the ABC but was much required due to the long wait and hot weather. Worth the makan. Will I go back. I might. Its just not great but still...

The tomyum broth comes pipping hot, served in a claypot, topped with loads of good stuff like lean pork meat, pork and fish balls, ban mian is not thick, in fact quite delicate; soup is mildly spicy and sour, very appetizing.
We also had 干捞云吞 dumplings with dark sauces to share, it is like how noodles are mixed with dark sauces making it a gan lau dish, it's the concept w the boiled dumplings here.
红豆冰 is essentially ABC, to our surprise. and there's another 爱玉冰 which is crushed ice with lime, can't rmbr.
Good to try out, fancy the tomyum noodles. Lots of parking up front,...
