Restoran Habib (UDA UBC) — Restaurant in Johor

Service - waiter was ready to take order but no menu given. Was told to give some time to review e-menu. Had to hunt for him to take order. Variety - Wide selection, but avoid mee mamak and mee hoon. Avid Indian food lovers but these are terrible here. DRINKS - Average. Tea was not special, had some waring stalls making better teas that here. Halio O was spoilt , told the waiter and he says it is normal. We drank ginger for the longest time and we will know when something is not right. Dishonest way of doing business.

Amendment - Changing Service to 3* as the cashier was a senior guy and he was informed of the spoilt ginger drink. He immediately informed the kitchen to make a fresh cup and shared the previous cup was due to old batch of ginger. What really pissed me off was the attitude of the service staff, especially a young chap with a beard. Beware! ⚠️

Summary, 1st and last we are dining here. Will avoid at all cost so please be warned before...

I waited here for an hour and a half to receive my food. I ordered Mee Goreng and Maggi Goreng. The Mee Goreng arrived after 20 minutes, but the Maggi Goreng took an hour and a half. The delay was due to the first staff member who took our order not entering it properly and missing the order altogether. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I had to reorder, and the Maggi Goreng finally arrived after another hour.

Do they care? It seems they do not. Regardless of their poor service or subpar food, they remain busy because they are a mamak restaurant, and people continue to come for no apparent reason. I typically do not leave low ratings for other restaurants, but this situation necessitates it, as I believe customers and management should be aware of...

The worst mamak I've ever been to. Order lain, dapat lain. Order air special sikit, lebih setengah jam tak sampai. Dah bising, baru buat, itupun air lain yang sampai.

What I ordered also tak sampai as how I ordered it. Bila i cakap to the mamak who took the order, he just brushed it off, so macam cakap dengan tunggul kayu.

If this mamak operates in KL, maybe dah lingkup. Tapi kat sini, ramai gila orang, which I really do not understand why. Maybe sebab JB is a dead town at night, there are not that many food joints that operate 24 hours.

Will not recommend this mamak to anyone. Makanan, taste biasa je....
