We arrived at the restaurant for dinner at approx. 8pm. There were no crowd but no one attended to us. When we saw that closing is at 9pm, we decided to walk-in to secure a table ourselves as the waitress was too busy in adjusting the lighting to get ready to close shop. After waiting, I flagged a waiter so that we could quickly order. Apparently the restaurant can only take order via QR code. We told him we are unable to do so as our mobile data have exhausted for the day. He left our table and let us figure out ourselves. We tried to get the attention of the waitress but was totally ignored. I then approach the counter to order manually but was told by the Manager to use his phone to order. He brought his phone to our table and open up the ordering portal and left without providing any assistance. We browse through the page and saw that all items except for drinks and cakes are all sold-out! It was really a frustrating experience to encounter such lousy service! The staff could just informed us that the restaurant is closing when we were at the door at 8pm and when we asked for the menu. All staffs do not have basic customer service and seems like they are not enjoying to be in the service industry. The look on their faces implies that walk-in customers are a nuisance especially when they are preparing for closure one hour before official closing time. We were so appalled with the zero service standard that we just walk-off without ordering. Such a waste of our time!
Kami tiba di restoran untuk makan malam lebih kurang 8 malam. Tidak ada ramai orang di restaurant tetapi tiada siapa yang melayan kami. Apabila kami melihat bahawa restaurant tutup pada pukul 9 malam, kami memutuskan untuk masuk untuk mendapatkan meja sendiri kerana pelayan wanita terlalu sibuk melaraskan lampu2 dan aircon untuk bersiap menutup kedai. Selepas menunggu, saya memanggil seorang pelayan supaya kami cepat order makanan. Rupa-rupanya restoran hanya boleh mengambil pesanan melalui kod QR. Kami memberitahunya bahawa kami tidak dapat berbuat demikian kerana data kami telah kehabisan untuk hari ini. Dia meninggalkan meja kami dan membiarkan kami memikirkannya sendiri. Kami cuba mendapatkan perhatian pelayan wanita tadi tetapi tidak diendahkan sama sekali. Saya kemudian menghampiri kaunter untuk memesan secara manual tetapi diberitahu oleh Pengurus untuk menggunakan telefonnya untuk membuat pesanan. Dia membawa telefonnya ke meja kami dan membuka portal pesanan dan pergi tanpa memberikan sebarang bantuan. Kami melayari halaman dan melihat bahawa semua makanan kecuali minuman dan kek semuanya habis dijual! Ia benar-benar pengalaman yang mengecewakan untuk menghadapi perkhidmatan yang buruk! Kakitangan hanya perlu memberitahu kami bahawa restoran ditutup apabila kami berada di pintu pada pukul 8 malam dan apabila kami meminta menu. Semua kakitangan tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan pelanggan asas dan nampaknya mereka tidak seronok berada dalam industri perkhidmatan. Raut wajah mereka menunjukkan bahawa pelanggan yang masuk amat menyusahkan terutamanya apabila mereka bersiap sedia untuk penutupan sejam sebelum waktu tutup rasmi. Kami sangat terkejut dengan service standard yang menjengkelkan sehingga kami pergi tanpa membuat pesanan....

My stroller fell as i was carrying my crying baby. The drink spilled, told one of the staff POLITELY & apologised even help to wipe down with tissues so it wont spread bigger on the floor but she responded SARCASTICALLY “hah” with a fake smile… Unbelievable… is this how she behave working in an f&b line??
Another colleague of hers cleaned up the mess immediately, im thankful for that!
Did not finish my food even as i felt super bad and angry at the same time. No appetite
I could have just mention her name here, but im being nice still.
