Restaurant Wadi Hana Elarabi — Restaurant in Johor

I was extremely disappointed with the PIC today. I had confirmed my reservation through WhatsApp, and the PIC assured me that it was confirmed. However, when I arrived, he told me that my reservation was not recorded. He simply asked me to call the number I made the reservation with, but no one answered. When I asked who I should contact to make a reservation, he gave me a business card with the same phone number I had already tried. This wasn’t my first time at the restaurant; I’ve always made reservations using that number. The PIC’s attitude was unprofessional and rude, which has made me reconsider coming back. This is a place where my family and I have enjoyed meals together for years, but due to the poor service by the PIC today, I might think twice before returning. I don’t want to badmouth the restaurant, especially during Ramadhan, but the service was disappointing, and it seemed like they didn’t even record who had made the booking or takeaway order.

On Saturday, we traveled all the way from Singapore to Malaysia to dine at this restaurant. Ambience was nice. They had an appropriate area for the prayer of salah. Apart for chicken shawarma, the food was also delicious. Since our table was located on the first level, a bell was given to summon the waiter. After having our main courses, we requested beverages a second time, and then our children asked for ice cream a third time. When we rang the bell, the waiter became upset (we had only rung once and not repeated), and it seemed he wanted us to leave despite the fact that the restaurant was not full. He took the bell to avoid additional orders from us. Certainly, we are going to pay. He resisted cleaning the table in order to keep the ice creams. This is my second time here bringing out my parents for a birthday celebration plus iftar ramadhan. Iftar was on 2nd floor by sofa seating in a small room, fits 10 adults, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. If you came early then you have to wait outside the resto. Sharing small prayer room with no wudhuk area. You take wudhuk by the sink. The food buffet if habis then no topup. Sedihkan? I bawa cake for tapi terpaksa pegang sendiri bcs the fridge is full. The management is hectic and caca marba by time i kat sana. Requested for birthday song, only after 8:00pm can pasang lagu which is, mostly kita semua nak balik dah nak kejar terawih kan. Makanan as usual memang sedap dan berasa cuma tulah, please improve your serving service.
