Food is generally ok for The Chicken Rice Shop.
But this location at Johor Premium Outlets is severely understaffed. There was a queue outside the whole time we were there, but half the tables were unoccupied.
There was only 1 waiter running around, ushering customers, taking orders and manning the cash register. He seemed to be trying his best but there should be at least 1-2 more staff around, it's too much for only 1 staff.
Many items were sold out as well, only left with their main item, chicken rice and vegetables. Even milk was out, so there was no milk tea and no teh tarik available.
You can go if you don't mind the queue and waiting some time...

Told waiter to change, waited 10mins even though restaurant was fairly empty with no new orders. Next changed of chicken rice was instead soft and soagy without any taste. Beansprout has no taste at all, totally bland, feels like they just literally boil with plain water. The waiter serve the kueh pie tie so rudely landing in onto the table which make all 4 pieces turn over. Soap is not even hot nor even abit warm. Room temperature and oily soup.

Food was okay like the usual CRS you would usually go, but the service by one of the waitresses was rather unfriendly. She looked like she didn't even want to be there. She was gossiping and ranting about other customers as well as putting plates like she wanted to just throw them if she could. We tried to be nice, but having her respond in this unfriendly manner puts a sour taste in our trip there. I hope that the service will be improved especially in an outlet where many foreigners and locals alike visit.
