A rather obscure place situated in a light industrial area. They've been open for about 6 years now and occupy 2 shop lots. One shop lot is with air-cond and another without. Both are clean and well spaced. Service is attentive and orders are taken on a tablet. The food arrived quite fast, but maybe because we were there early in the morning too.

Their signature fish head noodle uses the 'Ling' fish which is unique and has a nice sweet taste. Highly recommended. You can have the noodles in their signature fish stock with or without milk. Another option is the curry gravy which is a lightish gravy. The 'deep sea fish' is another good option with another unique taste - no fishiness at all.

Their signature fish cake was full of fish flavour with a nice bounciness. Crispy fish rolls are great for soaking in soup. Both are Recommended.

Their iced coffee is good too.

On a return visit, I tried the fried halibut fish head noodle. A somewhat oily fish with soft chewy bones. Like the ling fish, it has a clean and sweet taste and is recommended as well.

Coriander leaves, spring onions and crispy fried shallots are available on a side table so you can add as much to your hearts content. It adds to the aroma and taste, so...

First time visiting this restaurant after reading good reviews. Had an order of fish head beehoon (milk soup) and a foochow & fish paste beehoon (curry) for breakfast. Large bowl hence apt for the price paid. The fish head was meaty - was told that it is sea fish but can't recall what is the fish. The fish paste was good with no fishy taste.

Customers have a selection of the type of noodles (fat beehoon, yee mee or mian xian) choice of soup (milk or no milk or curry) and if you order the fish head choice of fried or fresh. The soup has added siu xing wine hence not necessary the brandy. Service was excellent - the person who took my order (tall and muscular man) was very patient and had provided us with detailed information in helping us order. If you are a small eater, you may want to share the single bowl. Coffee was alright. They have a buy 10 free 1 (side order) promo which is good. Hygiene was also very good with all employees properly masked up and a tub of hot water provided to sanitize the utensils. Will surely be visiting this...

Quick service and delicious.

Tried their xo fish noodle and definitely recommended. Comes with generous shot of xo on the side to mix on ur own preference.

Self service on sauces / spring onions etc. For first timer, ask for menu instead. There are many regulars who orders what they already know so you might be a little lost without knowing what to go for.

The other side of the kopitiam is fitted with aircon so it’s more cooling during lunch time and after all the hot chili garnishes 😂

It can get quite busy...

Revisited after 5 years to satisfy my craving for fish head noodle soup but it was so disappointing. Both the food and drink were mediocre, soup lacked of flavor, and I noticed the preserved vegetables were missing? The overall presentation wasn’t appetizing as well. There is an air-conditioned section on the other side, but if you sit near the main entrance it can get quite hot and stuffy. Probably won’t be coming back. P/S: Soon Soon @ Mutiara Damansara is so far the best but yea it’s too far away from Kajang.
