Chicken Too Small.. I ORDERED bucket 5 piece they give me two SMALL Chicken Wing two SMALL Chicken Drumstick one SMALL chicken breast!.. KFC CHICKEN GETTING SMALL CHICKEN.?? CHICKEN WING smaller then my Cricket lighters .. chicken drumsticks look like a boxing chicken wing... Chicken breast Small..?? OMG what happen The Chicken got a small breast?? OMG... Better ask the chicken Go Gym!. Never step food on this KFC Outlet Again.. First And Last... I ask for a Change To chicken Thigh.. i ordered with smile and happy they reply with angry serious face.... What do you think ?? I come KFC to spend RM30++ FOR THIS CHICKEN!!!?? 19 Feb 2024, 7.32pm. Rubbish services. Staff talking more than working. Order and wait for 40min to dine in. All staff work like slow motion and keep talking talking talking n talking!!! KFC sauce dispencer is always not functioning!!! This is not the first time. Almost everytime also need to ask the slow motion staff to adjust the rubbish designed malfunction sauce dispencer then only can use. And yes, u need to keep calling keep calling keep calling the staff to do it. Because they keep on talking nonstop even just walking out from the kitchen, open the faaking door slowly, walk like zombie and adjust the dispencer like 1st day working. If dont want to work, just faak off. N yes, all this problem will forever there. Bcoz KFC will never look into it n keep provide rubbish...

Came on a weekday if busy period and not much crowd. Staff insist ordering at kiosk and if payment needed which involves cash or voucher, to do it over the counter. Counter payment with credit card or any or the ewallet is not allowed. Such an inconvenience.

Saw a couple or seniors struggling to use the kiosk to order their meals just because of the above rules. Staff doesn't offer any help to the poor folks at all. What if the seniors are illiterate? No need to makan KFC la? Or simply push them to Texas checking which is much more friendly? Management should take serious consideration on this.
