Soru Station Cheras • BTHO — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

The food was okay but the service needs improvement. I ordered 5 dishes with a side but 2 of my food took more than 1 hour to be served. When asked the waiter to check on it, he said it’s on the way. But then we waited still we didn’t not get the food. We asked 3 times and we found out they just made it. Since we waited more than 1 hour they packed the food for us and no sorry at all from the staff. When we got home, the food was cold?! Mind you our home took like less than 10 minutes from soru takkan sampai rumah terus sejuk? Rasa suam pun tak. I paid for it tau bukan free. Memang takde selera nak makan and tak terusik langsung sebab potong mood. Understood that there are a lot of customers but this shouldn’t happen at the first place. Came with 7 pax and was quite busy when arrived. Ordered one of the platter meant for 4-5 pax but it was enough for 7 of us. Food was good for its given price.

Only the service was quite a problem as we ordered thru QR menu and waited more than 20 minutes till we asked where was the drink tower and the progress of our food. The server told us there was a problem with the system in the kitchen as our order did not go thru and one of my friends that been here before told me that last time they also forgot about their order. The waiter who handled us told us it would take another 10-15 min and they delivered as soon as possible.

I hope the manager take note of this systems problems or allow customers to order with waiters if this were to happen again. A suggestion would be to give atleast a receipt or indicator that shows the order went thru other than having order history...

Just went there yesterday night when they almost closing. I asked the staff if I still can order and they said can. So I order through the scan and pay at the counter. The display price on online menu was RM 8.90 for chicken burger which I ordered. But in receipt, the price turn to RM 9++. Is the extra charge from I ordered from the scan menu ? Anyway the burger tastes reallyyyyyyy goooooood I'm ngl !!!! The meat is juicy, the cheese was melting. The fries were a little bit cold but it was actually tastes good tbh !!!!
