Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Very disappointed with the service I received from this particular outlet. I made my online order today using the app at about 8.20 p.m. The staff from the outlet called me and said that I will receive the order by 9 p.m. due to shortage of manpower. It was okay with me since I understood their constrain. At about 9.20 p.m. I called the outlet and after numerous attempts the person in charge answered the call and mentioned that there isn't a driver to deliver my order. So, as an understanding customer I decided to pick the order by myself. On my way to the outlet, I received a call from thw driver saying he is coming to deliver the order. I politely told him that I have contacted the outlet and told them that I will come and collect it by myself. The driver was so rude and asked me why wasn't he notified earlier and who is going to pay his petrol money. I asked him where he is now he said he is reaching the outlet now to pick up my order. Coincidentally I was also in front of the outlet parking my car. I quickly walked in to the outlet and mentioned about the incident. There was no a word of apology from the staff of the outlet. Super duper slow. I ordered online estimated time to pick up was 8.02pm. arrived at the store at 8.25pm only to find out my order haven't even start to process from the ordering counter to the kitchen. Asked update on the pizza, and was told to wait another 5min. Ended up the 5min wait turns to 45min wait. Got the pizza at 8.50pm instead. From order submitted to get pizza 1hr. Worse of all got a burned pizza. Seriously, I ordered domino the same time but the pizza was waiting for me when I enter the shop at 8.20pm. Totally lose to domino will never give them a second chance. Want to log a complaint to customer service end up system stuck not...

Order online and estimated pick up time should be 6.37pm. Arrived at 6.40pm to pick up but order still in the kitchen. Waited for 5 minutes before asked the staff bout the order. Female staff looked for my order and take the order out from kitchen and she just put it on the table without calling name or give it to me eventhough I'm standing in front of the pick up table. Asked the female staff but she ignored me, not once but twice. Had to checked the receipt by myself.
