KFC Bandar Sungai Long — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Rude staff，sending wrong order and no apologies,keep asking customer to wait.KFC corp please pay attention to this branch! a lot of staff working there but no efficient service! Never ever order KFC at this branch again!

I order delivery services around 7.30pm,the delivery supposed at 8.09pm. But then KFC apps show my delivery has been delivered after few minutes, I keep waiting for my order and try to call Sg.long branch KFC,the girl who answered call asked me wait for the rider call but it never happens! After long wait the rider reached but sent me wrong delivery order!!! What the!! I call again the branch to check where my delivery ,the staff keep asking me to wait again and again with their rude attitude ,no apologies at all! Finally I need to drive there and exchange my delivery order! Once I walk in nobody borders me ,explain and give me an apologies just act like I’m hollow people and keep waiting there , I’m damn angry and ask them if can’t prepare and exchange my order ASAP then just refund it,then the staff still ask me to wait with their poor service and attitude! I get my order around 9pm! It’s acceptable why KFC boycott by public due to this...

going to get my KFC bucket hat, also just going lunch over there.. but the atmosphere maybe too shabby and feel awkward.. but the spaces is perfect for introvert person! bcs alongside me, there's other people who eat alone aswell.

going thru their toilet, the toilet didnt even have the hook, but for water still got one.. be remind for those people who using sit toilet, this one is will be using squat toilet.

besides, their tables a bit dirty like no one was taking in charge for cleaning. the tray were left on the table (read: this one was the customer fault in first place whose not taking to the tray counter) I mean, still the feeling of using sticky table and so on.

ordering snack plate + Cheezy Wedges combo, actually got problem with the order but their team manage to solve on spot. overall the taste were not top notch as their fried chicken a bit oily and not that tasty as usual, also the only hot in my order was only mashed potato. other than that were cold.

Finally, a good review. Kudos to their Customer Service, absolutely great tbh. bcs of them i were getting that Bucket Hat even the bucket hat actually were out of stock. they even given great smile and dont hesitate to give...

Claimed a meal with a voucher. The cashier and shop manager took 10minutes processing without explaining what issue. They just continue doing other stuff without giving me receipt or telling me what to do. When I ask again, then only she asks me to just wait and will call me when the food is ready. Luckily, not long later, I got my meal ready. then I was told that the restaurant is running out of napkin. Therefore, no napkin is provided. Then I proceed moving to dining area on the second floor. The place is messy with water and leftover food on the floor. After finish earing, my friend when over to wash hand and saw there are bundles of napkin inside the condiment counter, he request the napkin from the staff, but the staff replied it is just for internal use.
