Mixue Sg Long is the 3rd Outlet I had been. I must say the customer service was horrible. Comparing the first 2 I went which their customer service were great and friendly. When I first walk in I have to repeat 3 times just to order only 1 item. And I have to raise my voice because the staff (fat/chubby/tall/chinese guy) is pekak 🙄 and he gave me some attitude also. And when he want to let me know that my order will be sealed he was like looking at me up & down and like rolling his eyes. And another staff (fat/short/chinese girl) when she want to give my order to me, she’s also give an attitude and almost like campak the straw on top of my drink and gave me my order.

I know that work can be stressful and tiring, but when you have to face customers daily just keep it to yourself and don’t let it out to your customers. And if you are not happy with your job then...
