KFC — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Today is Mother's day. I have been visiting to so many stores but forced to turn away due to long queue and long waiting time to pick up the food. At the end, I visited this branch at Balakong near to MRT. Although the queue is long, only one counter is opened, and quite crowded, the process of ordering is consider fast (you can really see the queue is moving). The staff then open another counter to speed up the order process. What made me feel fascinated is the friendly attitude and good manner by the staff. They are nice and patiently inform customer whichever the menu is out of order. I have been observing this for quite long while waiting for my turn to make an order. So I'm truly impressed and happy with my experience here. It's also fast to pick up the food. The staffs who are responsible to pack the food are fast-working and efficient. Everything is in organized order by calling number once the food is ready. Such good service is not even frequently seen in branches with automatic kiosks, but this branch manage to handle everything well even without automatic kiosk during my visit. I rarely provide online reviews but the overall experience here is so pleasant and good. Thus, I decided to give this compliment to all the staff from this branch. Thank you ! Not recommend this branch.

Cashier is not friendly. serve customer in bad mood like I own them money. not listening and understanding customer's need. Throw me here and there like a ball to another worker. Eventho I ask them soft and politely, feel like they take it for granted.

Low quality food. The chickens, fries, cheezy wedges, burger all serve with cold condition. Their mash potato taste weird. Like got adden another taste inside. I dont dare to eat after tasted it. What's their best food? Absolutely coca cola. LOL. They don't wipe even they spread the drinks or sauces outside the cup/box.

So waste my money and turn my mood down there. If tired with your job just quit and get a new one lah. Haiya...

Counter Service was so mad because she said she only one person working, she ask us wait for 20minutes to cook the chicken and we are ok and understand so I have been waiting for 20+ minutes but I said ntg also, when I walk to there she lanci me and say haven’t done yet the chicken is still cooking but when I just wait at there, she quickly pick up all for us. We order 12 set and one large wedges one fries so she lanci me… kincana im okay with sad emotions kinda disappointed and also they mix some 隔夜 chicken 😭😭😭 wth the chicken skins are so freaking 硬😭😭😭 okay…happy cny :( I only wants to eat kfc but so sad tho :( i use to eat this kfc but i don’t think i will go again:(...
