Landmark Residence 2 — Hotel in Kajang Municipal Council

Ps, im actually posting this review at 3am.... Due to the noise pollution... :(

Stayed here for about 6 months and is still currently staying as a residence, at one of their units at the corner/end of the block. Its horribly noisy being located just next to the highway...

Uninhabitable by default and a lot of soundproofing or renovation is required if you plan to stay more comfortably, im not sure if the noise can ever be reduced to a comfortable level even with the soundproofing.. i sure did my best to close up the gaps wherever possible with additional diy foam paddings, these helped me through the nights. If you are planning to rent this place, remember to come here at night and check the place out yourself against noise pollution. Stay in the room for at least 30 minutes to observe the noise.

Some units in the middle may fare better, but avoid the corner/far end units at all costs.

Not sure what the building management plans to do about it as well,...

All is good environment. facility all is nice than I was that expected. Sports club is so good especially sauna and steam room. Hard to find the place to have facilities fully perfect of everything within places in Kuala Lumpur. mostly had swimming pool and fitness just that's it. but here about swimming pools is really relaxing with your day also has rooftop for chill out moment of view is fantastic can sit and relaxed your day. the place is quite new still have construction might be noisy to annoying for people sometimes. but no problem with it, I can acceptable. is fine for me. I love this place recommend it anyone want to find some places to stay long term or short term. You'll won't dissapointed. oh! the place here is convenient near by Rapid transit skytrain station.
