Mixue happen to have promotion, purchase any drinks and get a soft serve for free! Promotion isn’t advertised anywhere and it wasn’t informed to my husband upon ordering. My husband happen to order a drink and a soft serve, after payment, the Chinese male staff explained that there is a FOC soft serve upon his drink purchase. What??? Why wasn’t it informed before he make payment? Now we have 2 soft serve. Why do we need extra soft serve, just because it comes free? I was sitting there, so I heard him doing the same thing to every customer. No prior informing customer abt the promotion even though many customers buy drinks with ice cream. Overdose of ice...

This place has cheap, affordable and amazingly delicious food. The staff also is very friendly, and compared to other Mixues I have been to before, this Mixue is very generous with their ice cream sizes. The only problem is that the seating area can be a bit dirty. Other than that this place is one of the best Mixues and dessert spots I've ever tried. Keep up...
