Terrible service, slow serving, and many mistakes made by the waiter & waitress. Waited for 40min+ but served me the wrong food. The customers that late order already got their food but still not my turn... The food quality was not good either, hardly chewy beef meat. They keep getting 5 stars by providing free aiyu dessert. Don't lie yourself. Improve your standard instead.

Update after receiving feedback from owner: That's even worse when the hardly chewy meat was pork instead of beef... shaking my head while reading your feedback. Goodluck if you're insisting that your service isn't bad&slow (there were just another 2 tables with customers when i was encountered the superb slow service, so that's the standard of YOLO TAG on referring "Peak hours"... okok, maybe that's the lowest standard I could ever have haha). I don't think people will leave you with honesty 1star when getting a freebie from you mate, cheers yourself. Attached is the photo of the unappetising "don" as...

Food here was excellent, and the portions were generous. The menu offers plenty of choices—ranging from Western and Asian to Chinese dishes and even finger foods—so there’s something for everyone. It’s also a nice spot to hang out with friends. I tried the lamb chop for RM29.90, which came with two sides and two thick slices of tender lamb. Honestly, the portion was big enough to share between two people. Definitely...

Came here for a casual dinner with my mum. The environment is cozy and comfortable — there’s even a small karaoke room inside where people can enjoy singing!

We ordered the cereal chicken rice and oyako don. Portion sizes were just right and matched the price well. A pleasant...
