Very poor service by the restaurant owner and his workers. Green tea refills are not prompt. We understood the rules that no outside foods are allowed in but bringing in Birthday cakes are also prohibited by the restaurant owner. This is the most ridiculous regulations made at restaurants. The Tendon and vegetable tempuras are really greasy instead of being authentically light and crispy. If you're looking for a light crispy meal without needing to think twice about the amount of oils you consumed in per visit, this is not the place.
