Tasnim Seafood — Restaurant in Kedah

Ordered through Food Panda around 2.15 am for Nasi Daging Merah, where I was super hungry and at first the restaurant accepted the order and while I was waiting for the rider to deliver, I checked the app and it showed that the restaurant had cancelled my order out of sudden. I paid using credit/debit method and it was already charged to my bank account and now I have to wait for few working days to get my money refunded. Please if you are not accepting orders and already at the time to close, please notify or turn off your food delivery machine (Grab, FoodPanda) in the first place. By then people don’t have to wait for the food for hours and we can just order from other restaurants. I’ve never had any hard feelings for this place since Im also a regular, but normally I will eat directly at the restaurant, unfortunately I never thought delivery one for this place is quite a nuisance. Same like other typical Siamese restaurants in Malaysia service is pretty slow especially if the restaurant is full with customers. Foods are neither too bad nor too good. Worst part is when u wanna pay as the counter will be empty most of the time. U may need to wait to pay longer than waiting for the foods to be served. U may need to ask around where is the cashier as most of them may not know when...
