KFC Aman Jaya DT — Restaurant in Kedah

This is a full package outlet (24 hrs opening, McCafe, drive through ordering) that Mcdonalds customers will certainly appreciate. Also, Parking spaces are plentiful so no worries on that.

The environment is neat which is what you would expect for a new outlet and there is also a small play area for your kids to have fun in. However, bear in mind that this is not a cosy relaxing place due to the sheer volume of people and noise present.

Service-wise, our orders arrived at a very slow pace (40 mins) because there were too many customers so things were hectic. Looking at outside, you can see many vehicles queuing up for drive through ordering and the flow is very slow. As for inside, staffs do not re-fill the table number sign at each e-kiosk station quick enough or clean the tables unless being told so team management needs serious improvement. As much as I appreciate the staffs guiding customers on how to use the e-kiosk, it did not help speed-up the traffic flow because the place is too small and the customer base is too large. The toilets can only accommodate two people at a time which can be a problem for a place like this.

Luckily, the food was good which is what matters. I sincerely hope this place quiets down in the coming weeks so we can enjoy our time...

I've been coming here for the past few weeks. So that I'll know how exactly the service here. In case, there are certain days when it's busy and you can't really keep up with everything, yk. But, this store is disappointing. Really.

Slow service, even when it's not during peak hours. SMALL chicken, like, smaller than my palm. Hanyir smell. Sometimes not cooked properly. Even kalau ayam tu panas pun, it's really hard to bite into. You guys guna ayam lama ke? Macam ayam reheat pun ada.

Let's move on to the staffs, shall we?

Rude staffs, who are you to judge about my appearance and cakap about my body?? Did you look at yourself before? (Male staff, not that tall, kinda fit body, between skinny and chubby)

This is a good one, I like the staff who's always collecting the trays. She always smiles at me and she's very kind to others as well. Others should make her as the role model 🫶🏻...

The drive-thru lane was closed due to system down. The waiting time for Original Chicken was 20 minutes. The premise had ample of space for waiting patrons. My order arrived earlier than mentioned. A slight mistake on my drinks. Had to return to exchange the drinks, but the staff was unapologetic and had no curtesy. Her face showed her dissatisfaction.

I have to comment on the general size and quality of the servings. The chicken was smaller in size, soaked in oil, with oil oozing out with every tear of the fried chicken. I felt that the bun in the Snack Plate combo also has shrunken over the time. The coleslaw was dry and hard. Serviette pack was not given, and was told that the branch doesn't have tomato ketchup 🙄. I was given 2 teeny tiny container of chilli sauce for 3 Snack Plate combos. I had to request for extra sauce.

I am a huge fan of KFC but today was not a pleasant...
