KFC Taman Sejati — Restaurant in Kedah

I have been in a long queue to buy food. The number of open counters is 2 counters. When it was my turn, the counter in front of me was suddenly closed and I was told to queue again at the back of the queue by a staff named AISHAH. I explained the situation but was ignored by the staff. She is also being told by other staff about that situation but shes still ignoring it. Very bad attitude. Not even apologizing. Well i didn't sit there i just took my ordered food and left but i still really enjoyed it but if anybody realized this!!! Well the workers were flirting publicly it was not really nice to see that!!! I was really uncomfortable but that didn't bug me that much!!! Miss Aishah’s customer service was excellent! She’s very welcoming and attentive to customer’s needs. Thank you for giving us a great experience dining with KFC.
