The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the efficiency of the front desk staff contributed positively to the overall experience. However, it's worth noting that private car parking is limited, but there's a public car park nearby. Just be sure to pay the parking fees to avoid any issues.

One standout feature for me was the wide variety of TV channels available in the room. It's a rarity for hotels of this grade to offer such an extensive selection, especially channels that cater to news and movies.

As for the bed, it's of the firm type, and I personally had no issues with it. However, it's a matter of preference.

One notable downside to the hotel is its windows, which aren't entirely soundproof. This became problematic for my colleague, who was consistently awakened by the early morning call to prayer from a nearby mosque around 5 am.

In summary, this hotel is conveniently located with several amenities in the vicinity. It offers cleanliness, efficiency at the front desk, and a broad range of TV channels. However, the issue with noise from outside may affect some guests'...

Update: Still one of the best hotels as far a cleanliness goes. Staff still nice location is great, beds very comfortable. But I can't give full stars this time because Wifi wasn't working. The staff refreshed many times but it wasn't working. We come because business here so we need WiFi for zoom meeting at night. This time it really affected our business. And we weren't worried about our car parking this time because staff said they would put parking ticket for us. They didn't. We didn't get a ticket...but we could have. So advise purchase tickets early and put the night before. Otherwise still very good stay. Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. This is our second time staying here. It looks like a normal budget hotel but the rooms are very clean. There are full amenities. The water pressure is a bit slow but the heater and shower head work well. It's well maintained. I love that the shower doesn't wet the whole bathroom. There is one extra towel that can be used as a hand towel or floor mat. It would be nice if there was 2 so one could be on the floor and 1 to dry hands. Other than that I'm very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is just newly operated about one month. Is new, clean, good location and basic.

There are something to improve. If the room serve with some basic utility like hair dryer and a basic need which is mineral water will be good. The room desk has no mirror, mirror only inside toilet. The toilet floor cloth have some stain, maybe is clean but just the stain can't wash off. No disposable slipper inside room.

The breakfast is at 2nd floor. Very dissapointed that there are not much variety. My day was serve with nasi lemak, bihun goreng, curry puff, only one type of fruit which is water melon, some kuih, bread (with toaster), coffee & tea...taste so so as I was a demanding eater :P

The 'Midea' brand water heater is good, temperate is constant, not sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The 'Midea' brand aircond was good too.

The bed was clean and good too. Bouncy pillow.

The rooms under promotion rate at this period, it is still worth for value of very good location (near to Pelita mamak store, Chinese restaurant, clinic, pharmacy, bank, petrol station, Sg. Petani tol), easy look for food, good night shift staff and guard. I reached at midnight, so parking lot is available at the street in front hotel.
