The waiter's attitude needs to be improved. The boss should spend more time training your employees' service attitude! I visited your restaurant this afternoon. When I walked in, the employee at your counter seemed to be playing with her phone and had her back to the door (which is very impolite and disrespectful)! Later, I took the menu and found a seat. After about five minutes, I raised my hand to order, but your cashier still had her back to the door and all the customers! Another one was busy with her work with her head down. It was not until a customer went to the cashier to pay that your employee turned around and saw that I was raising my hand. Then another employee came over and said that we were closed and pointed to the "Close" sign at the door (your door was reflective from the outside, and I didn't notice the sign at all), and then took the menu directly in front of me! The chicken meat was tender and juicy, and skin was crispy. Very delightful on the palate.
The fried fish soup was interesting as in Singapore we are used to savoury fish soup whereas the fish soup here was sour (pickled mustard and sour plum), fresh (white radish) and umami (stew chicken stout and abalone sauce). Reminded me of the Philippine’s sinigang which is a sour and...
