Service is not satisfied, was dine in and had a plastic bag in the noodle. When I called a waitress, she said she have to seek assistance from manager. Ok, I can understand about it, then the manager said put back to that table until a man (I believe the boss of the cafe) approached. The man offer a new plate of noodle but I can't even finished the plate I'm having. So I rejected the solution and then he just walked away. Then I was waiting until we went to pay, there's no other solution until then. Ok fineeee, even at the counter until I asked only the manager say yeah wait arr, until the boss came, just offered a 10% off of the polluted food. Please, you didn't even offer before I asked. Is this the right way? And the 10% off is just RM1.69.

Read moreI’ve been to this restaurant many times and I think the service of the waiters/server is not really good, could be accept it before but few days ago I bring my cousin to this restaurant and the server spilt the water in front of us and I don’t know why ask us to wipe the water. And the after that the food have hair but they did change it for me, just take too long for waiting then to change like I almost finish my food they just sent the new one out, the server is lack of training, as a student that studies F&B in uni I can’t really accept the way that the server like their talking is very rude, spilt the water and didn’t say sorry then ask me to use the tissue to wipe, isn’t that yours responsibility for that, and after spilt it didn’t even change a new one for us, just let us drink the spilt one.
