2nd time here. Arrived at 6:25pm, completed ordering by 6:32pm. Ordered 5 dishes for 5 pax. 2 手撕包菜 as we like this dish very much. 5mins later come with the first cabbage and our rice to eat with the cabbage. Few mins later the Supervisor (I assume) came and informed us the cabbage was cancelled by another customer, so they passed this to us first and asked if we are OK with this. Without thinking further, we just accepted it. Half way eating, we realised the taste wasn't the same as our first time visit. We made a query, as they put onion and no Sichuan peppercorn. Only they said, it was other customer's request and "we have checked with you earlier" without apology like it wasn't their fault AT ALL. After finishing the first meal, only we realised we have to wait for our other dishes and our rice all turn cold.
At the same time, my son stepped on the cockroach/flies sticker card board underneath our table. There was cockroach and flies stick on it and 2 cards somemore. What kind of hygiene is this????
We were thinking to leave the place as we found out their system is kind of weird like what Enoch Foo mentioned. I think they compiled the same order and cook at once. So, some late comer get certain of their dishes first.
After ONE hour of waiting, 2nd and 3rd dish finally arrived...while eating in a super awful mood, they lady boss(I believe) came to our table asked if we are OK to change to table next to us as we have only 5 pax, the new guest are 6 of them and our table was slightly bigger. It is fine for us to change table if we haven't started our meal. But we are on half way eating, how can they made this kind of request especially when we were ON FIRE 🔥 🔥!!!!! So terrible!!! The cooking is 3.5/5 star but the portion for the price is rather small except for the fish meal.
Anyhow, this will be my 2nd and last time of visiting this place. The rating dropped from 3+ to 2.9 since one month plus ago. A super disappointed...

To whoever’s in charge,
I’ve never been this angry leaving a restaurant. Your place gave me and my group one of the worst dining experiences ever — and that says a lot.
We waited OVER AN HOUR for our food while people who came after us were being served first. What kind of system is that? Do you just ignore whoever you feel like? Because that’s exactly how it felt. No updates, no apology, NOTHING. We were literally just sitting there like fools while your staff kept walking past us.
And then — get this — when we decided we’d had ENOUGH and tried to leave, you had the nerve to try and charge us, including a SERVICE TAX?! For what?! What service?! You didn’t serve us food, didn’t check in on us, didn’t even care we were there. We were ready to walk out, and your staff only reacted when it was time to hand us a bill for nothing.
This wasn’t just bad — it was straight-up disrespectful. You wasted our time, treated us like we didn’t matter, and then tried to make us pay for it. Absolutely shameful.
Fix your staff. Fix your system. Because this was beyond unacceptable, and I will not stay quiet to...
Read moreI despise this restaurant so much. I was trying their food for the first time and got high expectations seeing the amount of customers they have. In about 30 minutes only the skewers came but not the main courses, as me and my family just shrug it off since we understand that they have tons of customers. However, even after 2 hours only the Mapo tofu came, and they didnt served the rest. So this is where we got to our last point, because we saw that the other table who came hours later us get served before us, and my family was so mad because they failed to give us just a good service. My family members assumed is cause of racism towards we Malaysian cause the table beside us was people from China and we left cancelled the steamed fish and egg. I hope they can improve their service...
