We went there night time. Not many customers. The counter attendant was rude, keeps making mistakes.

I was talking about our menu selections and she suddenly reviewing our order and insist to do the review without acknowledging I'm still talking.

After confirming the order review, we paid and take a seat when I notice she missed one order. Have to go back and place another order. She said she forgot to key-in that one order. So the order review was for what? 🙄

Soon after, she asked back for our first receipt as she said they have problem with viewing our order in their system and promised to return back our receipt.

Our food came and they still missed one item and didn't return the receipt to us. Have to go to the counter again to get that one missing item and our receipt.

The staff there were too loud talking to each other and for me, they sounded like they were working in wet market, not in a cafe.

Too busy talking until they keep making mistakes while working is not good for the establishment. Weren't there any manager to control these kind of thing? Or the manager also joining them?

Very bad service from the malay lady working at the counter, she didn't inform the promotion that's going on when I'm purchasing, but after purchase I asked I want to get the item shown on the banner outside, then only she open her mouth saying that, I can get that promotional price if I purchased any item in one resit..... I got pissed off, because before I purchase this I was talking to her want to get the item from banner, but later I changed my mind, but after I made the purchase, then only she opened her mouth. Vary bad service I'll say, even the toast was cold....very...

My daughter and I punya 1st try here. We passed the kedai so many times before this because it's near to Mr DIY and tea live. We never intended to singgah. But, we decided to try today and we love ittttt! Surprisingly kinda underated. Food was ok, so cantik like the advert. We tried the Chicken luncheon and the chicken hashbrown. Taste amazing and so sedap. Tak kedekut. Then we tried the banana choc muffin, also sedap, it was moist and warm. The drinks were also nice and tasty. Yummyyyy...
