Absolutely the worst dim sum restaurant I ever been to.i went there 12.30 p.m. ,restaurant no longer busy. Not full house or not even pack with people. awful service. Couldn't get me a right pot of tea.The food were average. Not taste like traditional dim sum like most of the restaurant in kl. Chinese waiter don't even know what they are selling. I only asked them was it pork , chicken or prawn inside the dim sum.simple question.the chinese guy told me he don't know. there were two young chinese boys around 20years old (one very tall without glasses look like boss kid, the other one fair with glasses)leaning on the tiang keep chatting but doing nothing for 15minutes. I 100 percent confirmed they do know we asked them to refill the tea water. Cos we were just two tables away from them.plus we have eyes contact with them.firstly they thought we want to order food, so they step forward to us at first, when I pick up the tea pot and shown them, they just step back and keep chatting, refuse to refill the water for us. I waited 15minutes for a foreign worker that willing to do the job. We finished all our remaining food on table then just pay and go.Not even bother to complaint any single words to the boss as he was the cashier that day.I craving for my dim sum breakfast almost every Sunday, but I never ever experience such an awful service in other dim sum...
Read moreHighly recommended place for good and cheap dim sum. Price cheaper than other dim sum restaurants (RM3.50-RM4.90 only). Portion size also consider okay, not stingy. Most importantly, their dim sum are tasty. We 2 persons usually spend RM50 or below, and we could eat until very full. Must bring cash as they don't accept credit card or e-wallet payment.
It is usually very crowded during weekend and lunch hour. However, they well manage the queuing. We usually waited for about half an hour or less (10+ tables in front) during peak hours. Staffs also work quite efficiently.
If you happened to meet an old uncle carrying few packs of dou sha pia (豆沙包) and walking around the restaurant, please please please buy 1 pack (10 pcs RM8) and try it. It taste so good especially the dou sha inti, smell so nice. Must try. I always wish to see this uncle every time I go there (1-hr drive to Klang). Must support...
