OldTown White Coffee Bandar Bukit Tinggi — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Terrible service and food (although I have a feeling the shops in Klang have poor service in general compared to their branches in KL, Subang, PJ etc)

We came here on 29th december 2017 to eat light supper. I ordered a BBQ chicken noodle soup and it was horrid. Soup was bland and tasted really weird. The noodles felt sticky and i think the flour from the noodles were boiled together with the soup which gives its weird look and taste. The chicken had colouring so after I ate, there were traces of red dye in my soup.

We also ordered their Butter kaya toast and garlic bread toast. It didn’t suck, and I would be surprised if they could actually screw up such a simple dish.

Service was BLOODY terrible. Everyone here is either dumb or they really just don’t care. We’ve called for someone to take our order and TWO workers ignored us 😐 So the cashier at the other end came over to serve us. I spotted the two waiters to continue chatting and ignoring customers. You’ll have to signal the person, give eye contact and actually tell him “Pls come here” if not he’ll blatantly ignore you. I do feel they’re new because they’re in plain white tees. But I can say the supervisor is doing a terrible job at training new staffs.

I’ve heard from friends who frequent here that the turnover rate here is high. Which probably explains the lack of experience and training of the staff.

I usually come here with my mother because she prefers Old Town compared to Hainan hometown (right next door) because it’s cheaper. But after this experience, I’ve finally convinced her to NEVER come here again because a few extra ringgit for better service and food...

I've ordered food delivery from this outlet and I'm really disappointed with their service... I paid RM14 for the chee chong fun and that's what I got. On the description of the item it's stated many items which comes in the chee chong fun but I receive few pieces of the kuey teow rolls and few slices of the fuchok kind of thingy (fish ball and bean curd roll is missing) if the ingredient is not available just make it simple and don't have the dish available on the apps..... Is it looks appetising? That doesn't even looks like edible... It's more like you're giving me some leftovers.... The worst food delivery I've ever encountered..... PLEASE IMPROVISE YOUR MENU AND SERVICE... THAT'S THE MAIN REASON YOU LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS... Please value customer's money they don't earn in a very easy way to waste it your awful food and...

Food here is bad. Paid more money to expect better quality but what we got was worse than hawker standard. Pan mee was still raw. Powdery flour texture, with murky floury soup. Cost rm11. 90, but barely took 2 bites and left it as inedible. Ipoh hor fun was tasteless. Garlic bread was stale with whitish streaks in the bread. Cendol did not have santan smell nor gula melaka with only a few streaks of cendol and broken red bean for rm8.80. Sambal in nasi lemak is so little, just a dollop. Nasi lemak at mamak stall is much better. Asked for extra sambal but was charged RM2 for that small saucer of sambal. For a nasi lemak that cost Rm15. 90, this is a total rip off. Staff in the outlet all not friendly. The cashier was rude and couldn't accept feedback nor criticism. Spoil my day. Avoid this branch...
