Restoran Shanmuga BT — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Have been here few times, having Roti telur bawang & nasi lemak, always paid RM6.50 for both. Really enjoy the meal unfortunately the attitude of the staff is very bad & rude. Previously requested a dhal & chicken curry without any problem but today, the waiter just gave chicken curry. I asked for dhal, he said one Roti, you want 2 curries? I asked him, any problem, he said no but then he took his sweet time to give us the dhal, stopping at customer's table to chat. I complained to the guy at the cashier, he is worse, instead of charging us RM6.50 the usual price, he wanted to charge RM7. I asked him to justify the extra charges which he couldnt. Then the waiter that served us earlier shouted to him, then the cashier changed his price. I questioned the cashier, why he simply raised the price which he mumbled some excuses. All item must be charged according to the Billboard prices not due to the mood of the cashier on the day. If you want to charge extra then it has to be justifiable. I found most of the workers have attitude problem & mood swing. Have been thinking of taking my family here for dinner but now change my mind, not coming here in future. Disappointing Service Experience

My recent visit to left much to be desired in terms of service. Despite waiting for more than 10 minutes, I was not attended to by any staff members. When we approached a waiter to inquire about the delay, we were met with a dismissive response, stating that they were too busy to attend to us.

The lack of attention and extended wait time significantly detracted from our dining experience. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, proper customer service should still be a priority. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

I hope that takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service standards to ensure that all guests receive the attention and care...

Fried chicken is good. I wanted to give this 5 stars but after tasting the Nasi Lemak. That has a score of -10 stars for me. Ended up with 1 star.

Tried the Nasi lemak on 20/01/2023 around 7:30pm. This is the worst Nasi Lemak I’ve had in my life. It has an artificial burnt taste & smell which lingers in your mouth after 1 mouth full. No words can do justice or come close to justifying this horrendous experience No, it’s not burnt… it’s disgusting truthfully disgusting.

My god, if you are not local please avoid at all cost. I’m not trying to hide the spot for international tourist, Please visit at your own risk...
