Good Taste Cake House — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

We ordered the Merdeka Special cake and were told it would be vanilla flavour with fruits inside. However, what we received was a chocolate cake with no fruits at all. This was very disappointing, especially since we were expecting the vanilla flavour. The presentation was okay, but the order did not match what was communicated. We hope the shop can improve on accuracy and ensure customers get exactly what they order...

Most Lousy service ever.....status working hours open at 8.30am til 9.45pm but I rushing all the way to the shop ...reached shop 9.20pm but the worker said closed Ady ...no entertain...I used to buy breads from tis shop so lousy service ...I will never go to tis kind of lousy service shop anymore ...some more the worker so actssy and so rude ....worst shop ever ....I will keep telling my friend about...

I ordered a chocolate moist cake for Mother's Day early. When I went to get the cake on Mother's Day, it was already packed so I didn't ask want to open and check the cake, I didn't expect it. But isn't the staff supposed to open the box and confirm the cake to the customer?? And yesterday Mother's Day the staff didn't ask me if I needed topper Happy Mother's Day decoration, I already told them I need it when I ordering the cakes but the staff didn’t give it to me.

Then I opened it and found that the strawberries were not ripe and were white so disappointed! There is evidence! And then the cake very hard to cutting, it's not soft. The sponge cake part is hard and dry, not like fresh cake, not moist at all, difficult to taste!!!

Anyway I won't be buying anything from this store again!！

因為母親節，特地提早訂了蛋糕，訂了chocolate moist cake。母親節當天去拿蛋糕的時候，已經是包裝好了的，所以並沒有要求再拆開檢查蛋糕，也沒有想到要檢查。可是店員不是應該要打開盒子給客人確認蛋糕的嗎？而且昨天母親節沒有詢問要幾隻蠟燭就算了，也沒有詢問是否要Happy Mother Day的插牌，因為訂蛋糕的時候有說需要的插牌的。 再來是回到家打開卻發現草莓白得實在令人失望！！！有圖有證據！ 這樣就算了，切開蛋糕時發現很硬，sponge cake...
