Mykori - KSL Avenue — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

The waffle was soggy, flat, and completely unacceptable, far from the crisp and airy texture that a proper waffle should have.

The mango was clearly old, discolored, and turning mushy — it looked like it had been cut and sitting in a fridge for days.

The portion size has shrunk significantly compared to my previous visits, making the meal feel overpriced and poor value for money.

What made it worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the counterperson/cook. When we raised a legitimate complaint about the waffle, he condescendingly asked if we’d ever eaten a waffle before and claimed it’s supposed to be "soft and flat." This response was insulting and dismissive.

The overall experience fell well below basic standards of quality and customer service. I expected better, and this visit has made me seriously reconsider returning.

Went there 2 times and ended up didn't get to dine there..1st was denied entry because we were with kids (understand because it was CMCO)..2nd time we went there, and almost ALL the foods are slapped with 'sold out'!..even the taiyaki was written 'mesin rosak'...only ice-creams available..we walked away with dismay and the staff have the cheek to say "Jangan datang weekend, weekend selalu memang sold out"..are you crazy?? that's not customer's problem, we can come any day we want!..your branch should think about arranging stock properly..we went to wayyyyyyyyyy better branch in KK instead! going to ban this...

Various desserts available here. They always update the menu and promotions! Small space, not really convenient i can say but to hang out with friends, should be okay. But family gathering? A no no. Affordable with delicious desserts. Please try the toast, beverage and the fish cookies 😂 air-conditioning space, not really kids friendly and for disable people. Wide parking space since it shares with whole lot of other shops. Best cafe for rewarding yourself or...
