The Chicken Rice Shop @ KSL Esplanade Mall — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I came to eat at the chicken rice shop in the evening and at that time there were not many customers. The situation at KSL was that there was no phone line and I asked to borrow the wifi password because there was something I had to do but the Chicken rice shop did not give it, while in other shops there was only wifi and it could be given to the customers. After I paid I saw 3 staff chatting and one of them was using his phone to watch tiktok. I think all the lines in the chicken rice shop area were not there but they were there.. don't we have the right to get wifi from you if there was a problem that happened...

Went there yesterday on 31/1/25 and their services was really bad. Once get in they ask us to sit at unclean table so we wait for them to clean the table and take order but almost 10 -15min they never attends us. Even not clean the table too.P/S :There is soo many table was not clean yet and FYI the manager was next to our table and watching everything without any concerns 😟. Very disappointed with this and we just walk out from there after waiting for too long. Note : Please improve...
