聚一聚小憩蔬闲居Ju Yi Ju Kedai Makan Sayur-Sayuran — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Ordered 香椿豆腐 (Chinese Toon Sauce Tofu)，四大天王 (Belacan Stir Fried Mixed Vege)，芝麻酱香脆鸡 (Sesame Sauce Crispy Fried Chicken and 酸辣汤 (Hot & Sour Soup). Total bill came up to RM78 with a Chinese Tea.

Portion size was definitely larger than other places and despite the large crowd, the wait wasn't too long.

The Hot & Sour Soup was quite spicy and slightly salty for my taste but it was very flavourful and delicious.

In comparison the Belacan Stir Fried Mixed Vege was not as spicy and not salty. Vegetables were stir fried just nice, not overcooked.

The Chinese Toon Sauce Tofu was deep fried then cooked in the Chinese Toon Sauce with some button mushrooms and mock minced meat. Tofu had a nice fried outer skin and soft fluffy texture inside. Definitely one of the highlights.

The Sesame Sauce Crispy Fried Chicken was an unexpected combination of fried mock chicken and japanese sesame salad sauce with a generous amount of fresh sesame thrown in. Though simple but it worked quite well to balance of our combination of dishes.

Highly recommended but you might need to wait for a table at peak hour and for your dishes to arrive.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pls do be accommodating if they are not as attentive being that they have their hands full serving the tables inside and...

Very lousy service .. today is the first day of CNY 2023 and we already made a reservation earlier a week ago .. we are excited to go to this restaurant and hoping to enjoy a good vegetarian dinner but thing comes the other way round 😡😡😡😡😡we reached there at 8pm and had been waiting until 9.20pm but food were not served, whereas my next table who came late than me starting to enjoy their dinner🤬🤬🤬🤬 what is in your mind ? We were hungry all the way and complained but their staff never bothered our complaints. Please don’t go to this restaurant and it will marking us heart attack !!!!...

👆🏻The chef is using his heart to share up the taste of vegetarian food to the public, this is because he wish to encourage more people to try vegetarian food and with enjoy each dishes he is been serve out! The price as usual restaurant price and do recommend you if you are looking for some function and future gathering after MCO period, do share your idea of food you wish to have and discuss with the chef as "Oscar" I strongly recommend he will able to fulfill your needs and budget. Do give a try if you do drop by kepong, just near 慈济kepong!...
