the Smokey Duck n Mushroom Carbonara Pasta very salty the meat doesn't even taste like duck and they put a raw small tomato on top of it don't know whether their simply put using their bare hands or not but I rather prefer without it n the Curly Fries is the worst so oily so pricey (rm13.9) but didn't taste any good than mcd version maybe the staff should learn to heat up the oil first before pour the fries or maybe it been cook multiple times that the fries absorbed the oil I don't know and they put the sauce inside the bag how can they put inside so not hygienic I mean their hands ady touch other things then grab the sauce container and put inside with the fries made the fries dirty ady how am I supposed to eat!? they shouldn't put inside n the cheese sauce taste sour like ady spoiled i didn't know the fries come with the sauce as their picture at the app didn't showed there a sauce so I didn't told my mom to tell them to separate the sauce even so it's a common sense to separate the sauce n the fries and the pizza I noticed some green things at the side of the pizza not sure if it was moldy or just garnish vegetable the taste of the pizza (US Favourite,New Yorker,Macho Meat Lover) just tomato sauce taste the crust only 1 type not even stuffed with cheese but the price is expensive for price of 1 pizza than PizzaHut if there were no buy 1 free 1 promo I can't belive I order 3 different pizza but all taste the same the different just added mushroom or ground beef not so special in term of taste the only good part is the staff not stingy like PizzaHut my mom ask for extra chili flake, chili sauce packet,tissues they gave not like PizzaHut only can give 3 packet of chili flake in term of generosity PizzaHut should learn from them and the pizza have plastic attach at the bottom i don't know whether it clean or not hopefully the staff not just put it with bare hands then put the pizza on top i didn't think it necessary as it will melt the plastic if the...

I recently ordered a pizza from US Pizza Selayang, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. When I placed my order online, I was promised that my family would receive the pizza within 25 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for a full hour.

To make matters worse, I received a call from the restaurant, informing me that I needed to pick up the pizza myself. I had specifically requested delivery because I wasn't at home, and I had already paid for the delivery fees. This miscommunication was already a hassle.

When I finally received the pizza, it was not only late but also in a disappointing condition. It had become cold and slightly wet due to the rain. This was not the quality of service or food that I expected from a reputable establishment like US Pizza.

What's more, the staff at the restaurant appeared to be unfriendly and had difficulty understanding both English and Malay. This language barrier added to the frustration of the entire experience.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience and believe that it reflects poorly on the restaurant's customer service, overall professionalism, and the language proficiency of their staff. I hope that US Pizza Selayang can take steps to rectify these issues in the future to ensure a better dining experience for their customers.

Food was good, but the mood to eat is Gone.

The story is, we had to make payment by cash (who carries cash nowadays?) as the terminal card has issue. We cant connect to their wifi as they said the line is slow, hence we make payment via Shopee Pay - DuitnowQR but the staff at the counter said its not one of the payment method (my Shopee account has been charged & she said its not reflected on her system although i have showed her my phone).

You need to educate your staff that there is Numerous ways to make QR payment. Please Upgrade your internet speed so that all payments are promptly reflected on your system- they cant even print out the receipt.
