ZUS Coffee - Taman Selayang Utama, Batu Caves — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

Yesterday, I ordered two cups of coffee for delivery through the Zus app. When the coffee arrived, the paper bag was completely soaked, and one of the cups had spilled. Following the standard procedure, I filed a complaint in the app and received a refund after about 30mins of processing. I thought that would be the end of it.

However, few hours later, I was pleasantly surprised by an unexpected phone call. It was a Zus employee personally apologizing for the spill, acknowledging that the packaging could have been better. This small gesture deeply moved me. To them, it wasn’t just a spilled coffee but a service detail worth caring about.

This morning, when I visited the same Zus outlet for my usual coffee pickup, the staff not only remembered my name but also replaced the spilled coffee from yesterday, apologizing once again for the mishap.

This experience reminded me that what truly touches people isn’t flawless service but genuine sincerity. The professionalism and accountability shown by Zus’s employees, along with the company’s thoughtful service recovery process, transformed a simple coffee transaction into a heartwarming human connection. newest Zus Outlet at Selayang Utama (next to Selayang Mall). Staffs are friendly, tip top services, great ambience, good coffee, plenty of seats, warm lighting. I came here almost everyday. Open from 7.30 am till 11.00 pm. Coffee price has increased by 0.30 cents. But that's okay....
