Enter shop around 11:20AM , pass us the menu on table & told to order at counter ...

when done writing , go to counter pass the menu , staff said the "coffee maker" STILL NOT YET REACH shop ... we have to change the drinks ... walaoeh , i ask my wife & daugther come over to change their drinks.

Then the staff look back the menu again , told me that the Pan Mee is unavailable... i ask my wife & daugther again to come counter .. my wife told me to change restaurant

If your shop is not ready or coffee maker not yet arrive , REMIND US FIRST when we entering your shop... put the mark "X" on the menu if unvailable

Or the staff itself came to counter to write menu for us , since they know what have & what dont have. To avoid customer keep walk here walk back to...

Sorry have to write this review. Because the two main courses were truly disappointing. First the ramen broth is taste plain and too mild. The soup was the soul to the noodles. Second the Japanese curry omelet rice. The omelet was good but the curry sauce was too watery and too oily (not sure why), I’m not sure is the Chef too much water caused the Japanese curry became plain and tasteless or the quality of the Japanese curry powder or cube they use is alternative version not from Japan. It is one of the most tasteless Japanese curry rice that I ever tasted. Lastly the handmade dumpling. It is very delicious. The only dish that I can recommend people to try. Even the dumplings were flavorful than the ramen and Japanese curry rice.

The environment is ok and beverages...

Extremely slow service and food taste is nothing to shout about. Waited for around 40 mins for the first item to be served and we only had the last item on our order served when the next table that arrived after us finished their meals and left.

Ordered a lunch set that's supposed to come with miso soup and salt pepper corn as side dish, but the side dish was changed to tofu without prior notice. Topped up RM2.90 for Signature Iced Coffee but the coffee served was on a different presentation as compared to how it should look like if you were to pay ala carte price (I saw the coffee served in signature bottle + ice cubes in a glass that the other table ordered).
