XB Hair Studio — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

An extremely disappointing experience at this salon. From start to finish, it was nothing but a complete disaster. The staff, especially Robert, were unprofessional and seemed more focused on bringing in as many customers as possible, despite being short-staffed.

I booked an appointment a month in advance, but when I arrived, Robert handed me off to another staff member and prioritized walk-in customers instead. He barely listened to what I wanted, and the whole experience felt rushed and impersonal.

Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go to a salon that truly values its customers and provides...

This hair studio is really terrible, not professional at all. They just cut according their willingness, ignore and did not follow my instructions. They called themselves sifu is totally a joke, as simply anywhere can cut better than them. Plus, the promotional banner they hang outside RM12 haircut is no longer effective, and still they don't want to take it down even though the promotion is for the year before. Kenneth is friendly, polite and shares lots of tips on haircare. Visited two times for haircut. The experience here is different from my previous salon, where Kenneth will ask for hair wash midway cutting hair, saying it’s easier for him to cut hair better.
