One of the more authentic Xinjiang cuisine I have had thus far in Malaysia.
If you’re a lamb lover. Their hand-pulled lamb 手抓羊肉 (labeled as “hand caught lamb” on the menu) is 🔥 I rarely give 5 stars rating in my reviews. But this place earned it!
We also ordered the garlic eggplant. Which was pretty good too. A little too salty for my taste. But still good nonetheless.
The Lanzhou lamian was 🔥 too. The noodle was el dente. The beef was very tender unlike most other Lanzhou lamian places I’ve been to in KL.
Their lamb skewers (羊肉串) were seasoned well. A little salty. Otherwise, the seasoning was spot on! The gizzards were chewy. If you have gastric issues, I’d recommend to not order the gizzard skewers.
I hope the merchant maintains the quality of their food🤞Will be back for sure! We were thoroughly satisfied with the meal.
Edit: Perhaps ask them to put a little less salt when you order.

There are many such noodle houses all over China. Not all are equal though. This IIAN CUISINE is quite authentic and tasty. Unfortunately the beef noodle soup was too salty. If the sodium was halved, it would have been perfect! The beef slices were nice and chewy. The noodles are authentic and has the right texture and bite. The dry cold beef noodle was excellente!
