KFC Gurney Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I recently had the pleasure of dining at KFC in Gurney Mall, Kuala Lumpur, and I am absolutely delighted with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, such as allowing me to choose my preferred chicken parts and even providing extra mashed potato gravy.

The cleanliness and organization of the restaurant are commendable. The dining area was spotless, and everything was neatly arranged. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for their customers.

But what truly impressed me the most was the quality of the food. The chicken was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The flavors were exceptional, and every bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the gravy was simply divine.

Overall slow in service

At peak period, lunch time, the cashier is like a newbie. Keep on referring to senior or outlet manager. The management should stationed an experience cashier during such period.

No hot drinks - eg. Coffee.

The staff are not showing any emphaty to customers waiting in long queue.

the chicken taste significantly good, the facility are well kept but the service was bit lacking as the waiter @ cashier kept changing coleslaw with potatoes and this happen repeatedly due to stock shortages but I think its need improvement as restaurant manager need to supervise and monitor for stock and ensure food availability at all times.. waiter also has to improve to explain rather than...
