Ordered mango smoothie pudding, my favourite drink from tealive. Unfortunately it wasn't done right, the ice is not smooth, under blended, grainy, usually a sign of too much ice for the portion. So the flavour became bland as well, no flavour, takde rasa. Went down to ask for replacement and the lady asked me how I want them to make it with an attitude. No apology. I said just do it right according to recipe. I've had it many times before and I love it. She then proceeded to make another one. Now I don't know tealive's recipe but I know how things work behind the bar. The ice wasn't measured properly she simply scooped what seemed to be 1.5 to 2 cups full and later after blending added more sugar to stir. Certainly doesn't look like sop. When blender stopped didn't look like it was well blended. Well of course since there was too much ice. When the contents were poured out into the cup, the leftover in the blender was so much, definitely wrong proportions. So when I was handed the drink, I tasted it, sure enough, it was bland, ice was not smooth and I rejected the drink and walked away. Very disappointed. FYI: when your customer say the smoothie is not blended well, it's icy, it means that it's berbiji biji, berketul - like sand texture. It's supposed to be smooth and creamy. That's why it's called a smoothie. Don't say oh ni air ais sebab dia...

The worst experience I have ever had. Waiting for almost an hour, then when the rider came and pass the paper bag to me the whole drink fell down and spill over the floor.

1. The paper bag is not sturdy and become wet if put the cold drinks (condense). So, they should double the paper bag even though they have the paper base.

2. I order the Winder Melon, and the cup is not sealed, it's open and open to risk of spill over.

3. The customer service is not friendly and don't have etiquette. I just want to have the refund drinks send over to me with delivery cost. But he/she refuse.

So maybe Tealive need to give their staff more training in handling customers...
