One star for this place and only because the environment is clean, other than that, they don’t deserve any stars.
I came here for lunch and waited at the counter as usual, but the counter girl looked at me and pointed at the kiosk machine, “you’ll have to order there”. Mind you, there was already one person waiting behind me before the girl noticed that we stood by the counter waiting for her to serve. I don’t even want to mention that one machine was down with some system maintenance and I had to wait for the guy behind me to finish his order first.
No one wanted to help me with the other kiosk, another worker over there said “You just wait for a bit, it’s updating” The update never finished and I waited for another kiosk. I made my order and I went to the counter and ask them to change the chicken parts, before they prepared the order. This one mak cik heard and then walked away saying loudly in Malay “So tiring! All these people making requests here and there!” I asked BEFORE you even prepared the order. Is there a problem?
Got my order and chicken was so underwhelming. They were bland, absolutely the most tasteless chicken I’ve ever tasted in a KFC branch.
My husband wanted ketchup but the dispenser was broken. When asked, the counter girl again said “if there’s no ketchup there’s no ketchup” But kudos to this one foreign worker that came upstairs just to help check that the dispenser was blocked.
Even foreign worker has a better attitude than local workers! Please get the staff some...
Read moreWORST KFC EXPERIENCE. Kfc management got to review their SOP and provide proper leadership and guidance to its staff. I am not the type that normally name shame people in public but there is one staff by the name of SYAZ**, her working attitude is terrible. Wearing a green mask, walking at such a slow pace, dropping newly opened boxes on the floor and still using them… so UNHYGIENIC!!! This staff really don’t know how to perform work efficiently. Example, while providing me with change, there wasn’t enough change in the tilt. She stood there asking someone else to get change but all she did was stand there waiting not considering that she could actually assist in previous orders and taking new customers order. She really takes her own sweet time in placing the chicken in the box. I was there after 2pm, after lunch hour but there was a long queue behind me about 7 people waiting to make their order shows how slow their service is. By the time I took my food, it was already 2.50pm. Reminder: this is a fast food joint. I think I can provide 101 ways for them to improve and they seriously need to improve their hiring process. I made an order for 3pc chicken tenders at 5:56, waited until 6:20 that’s literally about 25mins with asking them twice in between and never once told me it’s going to be late. Fast food is still understood needed to be cooked but at least advise the customer on a wait time. And on the 3rd time asking for to know it’s been done and just kept at the rack waiting. And the staff goes about on the screen that shows their time taken to complete each order and cancels them off as soon as they come in so I don’t think anyone managing them has an idea on what the actual wait time to improve. Staff are busy having a conversation and talking about when there’s so many riders waiting and eat in/take away customers are waiting. Very unethical staff. Really need to have someone from the franchise management to do a random check on how staff do their unethical service for customers here. If it’s a concern of low staff then that should be raised and solved not make the customer...
