This experience with Taiwan Tea House was incredibly frustrating, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I diligently collected five stamps through GrabFood specifically to redeem the free chicken chop reward. However, upon attempting to use the reward, the GrabFood instructions were unclear, directing me to a walk-in redemption process instead.

Despite the inconvenience, I drove to the Taiwan Tea House location. This is where the real problems began. First, finding parking in the vicinity was a nightmare. Second, the Google Maps location was inaccurate, adding to the confusion. Finally, and perhaps most disappointingly, the staff seemed completely unaware of the GrabFood reward program and engaged in an extended, unprofessional argument amongst themselves about it. After wasting precious time dealing with these issues, I left without redeeming the reward and ordered from a different restaurant nearby. The combination of parking difficulties, inaccurate location information, and uninformed staff made this a truly terrible experience.

Taiwanese food is another readily available cuisine. Everywhere I go, there seem to be one Taiwanese restaurant in that area. My first affair was eating braised pork rice or 卤肉饭 and the kids seem to be hooked with this simple dish as well.

Taiwan Tea House is the place where students and families go to feast on Taiwanese food that is easy in the wallet yet big on portion. Located on the first floor hence cheaper rental and with simple settings, I am not complaining at all. In fact I am more than happy to pay.

◾ Salted Crispy Chicken Rice + Herbal Tea RM14.90 is part of their everyday (including weekends) set lunch that comes with 3 side dishes and a drink. The rice was topped generously with the braised pork that it covered most of the white rice. ◾Oyster Mee Sua @ RM12.90 also comes in a big bowl and 3-4 pieces of fresh oysters. Mixed with the minced garlic and paired with the chilly sauce for maximum satisfaction. ◾Tempura Fish RM8.90 & Taiwanese Sausage are my favourite snacks.

Something to consider if you happen...

1st time in the shop, table n chair are not really organise, saw there is rating "A" certificate hangs behind the counter.

The mini stahe also dirty and the furniture looks like not maintained properly.

Everything was ok after we have sit down, the table is sticky, and moment of shocked is when i went to the back to use the toilet, the cleanliness is SOOOOO BAD..

oil drum is dirty, everything behind is not organise and i manage to had a glance on the oven infront of kitchen, its like never washed to 10000 years. And not clean at all..

I wonder how they can get certified as A in the beginning, perhaps, they really manage the ahop when they started first..

Also the food that we have is kind of average. Do hope all of this can...
