Utterly Unacceptable Delivery Service
To Whom It May Concern (though I doubt much "concern" is actually present at your establishment), I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the abysmal delivery service I have experienced through your app. It is frankly insulting that a company of KFC's scale operates with such a flagrantly sub-par system. Firstly, the complete absence of any functional order tracking is an absolute joke in this day and age. Am I supposed to guess when, or if, my food will ever arrive? This isn't a charming surprise; it's a mark of incompetence and a total disregard for customer convenience. Secondly, and compounding this ridiculous lack of transparency, is the impossibility of contacting anyone for an update. No hotline for delivery issues? Are you serious? So, when your system inevitably fails, customers are just left in the dark, hungry and increasingly furious? This isn't just "sub-par"; it's a masterclass in how to alienate and infuriate your paying customers. The convenience of a delivery app is entirely negated by the anxiety and frustration your hopeless service induces. I expect a response that isn't a generic, pre-written apology. Read moreOrdered through apps for the B1F1 offer, order was sent out at 11:57:48AM and we waited until 1PM but our food was still haven't arrive. Foodpanda rider that was supposed to deliver our order said the staff was not even preparing our order and he had to wait for so long. So he decided not to wait and call and inform us.
we called the outlet almost more than 20 times but not once answered. they finally give us a called and said we need to collect our order ourselves WHEN WE ORDERED IT TO BE DELIVERED TO US (WE DID NOT GET REFUND FOR THE DELIVERY FEE WE PAID).
so we drove there to collect our food OURSELVES. when we reached there, there are 5 staffs at the counter. when we asked about our order they said it was completed and was late because the order slip just came out 15 minutes before we reached. The order slip clearly stated that the order time is at 11:57:48 AM. Adding to the ugly situation, NONE of our order was correct. The order slip was right in front of their eyes but the staff only listened to what i said. I need to repeat myself multiple times to get the order correct.
Please avoid going to this branch, service is so bad and not a single SORRY was given. Not recommended. We called HQ, also no respons...
Read moreAt 12:40 AM on 2 September 2025, I went to your KFC outlet. There was no notice outside, but when I entered, I was told there was no stock at all.not even fries. However, I saw that the kitchen had already been cleared, which makes me believe stock was available but the staff did not want to prepare even a small amount.
If the outlet is supposed to operate until 2:00 AM, food should be served until that time. Otherwise, the outlet should close earlier at 12:30 AM or once stock is actually finished. Customers should not be told “no stock” when there is still time left before closing.
I also noticed staff sitting and using their phones, which gives a very poor impression. This is not the service customers expect from KFC.
I request a response within 24 hours from the time of this message (1:02 AM, 2 September 2025). If I do not receive a reply, I will share this experience on social media so that others are aware and do not waste their time...
